I love these shoes. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on. The bottom has a decent cushion feel for a high heel and the straps are soft and do not cut into my foot. I do have a wider than average foot and usually have to break shoes in to be comfortable, but no these, they were comfy from day one.

The shoes are adorable but came quite damaged and seems poor quality. The black is a thin covering and is coming off or apart in multiple spots on the heel. Disappointed.

I gave 3 stars because I had to order multiple pairs of these to compare as a pair I received were not authentic. The stitching was wider, heels weren’t sturdy, they also had a different textured wrap around heel, foot bed attached in a different area to the sole of the shoe, and they did not have matching made in labeling on the bottom as my other Steve Madden shoes have. Quality control is lacking on this product making me hesitant to order any expensive items from this site now which is a shame because it was always a go to for me.
