It is a very beautiful and classy design, But, you don’t offer a “wide” size, and a medium just did not fit my feet and felt very tight and uncomfortable.
Wish you cater for older and heavier customers.

This shoe runs 2 almost 2 sizes too small. My daughter is an 8 1/2 and I ordered her a 9. It is way too small and have to exchange for a 10.

Glad I read reviews before ordering! I generally wear an 8 to 8.5…depending on the shoe. (For reference purposes, the Birks on my other foot are a size 39) I ordered these sandals in a 9 after reading reviews and they fit perfectly. It does irk me a little that the elastic straps are actually white but the leather across the heel is more of a cream color. That may change with wear though. The elastic is also pretty snug right out of the box. Again though, that may change as I wear them. All in all, not unhappy with this purchase.

The most comfortable sandals I’ve ever owned!! Wore them to Wildwood and didn’t get any blisters. My ONLY complaint is that the Steve Madden logo is taped on with double sided tape!! The logos began to peel off after just two wears which made me feel like they were almost knockoffs. Left a sticky and discolored residue on the shoe.

I typically wear 7 1/2. They only had 7 at a store I went to and it was too tight so I ordered 8 and it fit perfectly. Super cute with everything!

Very practical basic heel, that is mostly comfortable and stylish. The ankle strap is a little tight, but other than that, very comfortable.

I am a size 38 in berkinstocks and always wear a size 8 in shoes—I’m a true 8 and anything over is too big. I saw these ran small but also that they only have full sizes so I ordered an 8. They are definitely on the tighter/shorter size so I would say if you have a wide foot or if you ever wear an 8.5 sandal then absolutely get the 9. I will be keeping the 8 even though it is snug since I think they will loosen over time and would prefer that over feeling too loose on my foot.

I love these sandal and they fit my right foot perfectly.
I have a problem with my left foot and unfortunately for me, the strap that goes over the toe area is not adjustable so they’re was no way I could ever walk in them. I hated sending them back!
I would give it 5 stars! Perfect neutral sandal.

Love the shoe! The reason I need to exchange them is because the left shoe, when I walk in the house; sweaks. I’ve kept a pair of shoes in the past that sweaked and it drives me crazy! I just really loved the shoe and couldn’t get the shoe in my size so I kept them. Being you have this shoe in my size and color, I would love to just exchange it. Thank you!

Strap across the forefoot is not stretchy like the strap near the ankle. If your fore foot is medium to wide definitely order 1/2 size up.

Perfect fit! Lightweight comfortable shoe. I have a small size 6 foot and many shoes in this style that I have tried are too big in the toe area but these are great!

These shoes run small. I am usually an 8 or 8.5. I love the look and the comfort level is good. I haven’t worn them for a full day yet. They have a casual, summery look and that’s why I bought them.

I had been searching for these shoes in black for a good price but then saw the brown ones and knew they would be great for the summer – and they were much less than other shops. I particularly like the mix of fabric and leather. I am a true size 7, medium width and these fit perfectly. Very comfortable for shoes with just enough height.

Shoe runs small, Best to order a size up, I am usually an 8 or 8 1/2 but 8 was too small, 9 fit perfect.
Guess they don’t come in half sizes.

My daughter is an 8.5 and the 9 fit better on her then the 8. The color is a beautiful neutral blush less pink then the photos show. Very neutral
