Horrible quality control from STEVE MADDEN. This is absolutely no fault of Zappos. I ordered my normal size, 8… it fit like a 10… I then exchanged it for a 7.5, it fit like a 9.5 lol… then I ordered separately a size 7!!!! It fit like an 8.5…..I took one last chance and ORDERED A FOURTH PAIR, size 7… it fit perfectly even thought I am normally an 8. The two size 7’s that I ordered fit totally different. It is absolutely insane… I am glad however that I kept trying bc they really are adorable and pretty comfortable. I wouldn’t attempt any events where there is a ton of walking in these, but some light walking, they are great and so cute!! But insane what I had to go through to get these… like a Cinderella horror story not too mention $450 worth of continuous orders I now need to return 3 pairs out of lol.

I always wear a true size 8 and this one is just about 1/2 size too large.

We are going on a 15-day cruise and, in an effort to limit the number of shoes I’m bringing, I thought these were perfect! I love the illusion that I’m walking barefoot, on my toes. And I have no idea what another shopper was talking about with these shoes running large. They are a true half-size smaller. I ordered the 8.5 and they were just right!

I love the fit, feel and look of these shoes! They give a good deal of height, but are comfortable and sturdy. The straps feel secure and I don’t worry about slippage. It’s a great neutral color and will jazz up almost any outfit.
